Social Security Supplemental Income customer program​

Managing your monthly expenses can be challenging when you're on a fixed income. If you or someone in your home receives supplemental security income, please apply for our special payment program to waive your monthly customer charge. Please be ready to provide the recipient's social security number and call us to learn if you meet eligibility requirements.

211 agency assistance​

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) assists eligible low-income households with their heating and cooling energy costs, bill payment assistance, energy crisis assistance, weatherization and energy-related home repairs.

DollarHelp​

While funds are available, you can receive a DollarHelp pledge toward your Spire bill if your household income is up to 300% of the federal poverty level.
