We’ll provide the latest version of our user guide when it’s ready. Until then, please reference the version you received when you started your natural gas service.
If you smell gas—a rotten egg smell—leave the area immediately and call us once you’re safe. You should never try to report a call odor by email or social media.
You may be planting a tree or installing an in-ground pool, either way, calling before you dig keeps you—and those around you—safe. It’s free, and it’s the law.

If someone has stolen your identity to illegally secure natural gas service, there are several steps to take:

If a service disconnection could put you or someone who lives with you at risk of a medical emergency, we’d like to know. That way, we can help you sign up for our Medical Emergency program. Once signed up, we’ll always delay a service disconnection for up to 21 days if your bill isn’t paid on time.
If you or a member of your household is over the age of 65 or disabled, you can sign up for the Extra Notification Program. Once enrolled, we’ll make sure you receive extra notifications if you’re at risk of a service disconnection. And, with your instruction, we’ll even call a family member, social services agency, charitable organization or other adult to let them know what’s going on before your service is ever interrupted.
