Customer bill envelopes are getting a fresh new look
As of Aug. 29, all Spire customers will receive their bills in a white envelope instead of orange.
There’s no change to your bill – Customer account numbers, billing dates and other billing details are not changing. Only the color of the bill envelope is changing. Learn more about this update below.
How will I know the envelope is from Spire? Even with the color change, Spire’s logo and return address will be clearly printed on the front of the envelope to make it easy to recognize.
When will I start seeing the new envelope? The color officially changed Aug. 29, so you should see the change with your upcoming bill.
Is the color change permanent? At this time, your Spire bill will be mailed in a white envelope moving forward.
