As a property manager, we know you have a lot on your plate. Managing your gas service should be as simple as possible.

Our team can provide the following information:

  • Average monthly usage for the last 12 months
  • Average monthly cost for the last 12 months
  • Account management services
    • Property ownership changes (transitioning accounts to your company, for example)
    • Start or stop service requests
    • Mailing address changes
    • Updating contact information

Please note: We are no longer able to provide usage information for properties going back more than 12 months. 


Information about account ownership transfers

If you are a property manager or landlord and you're transitioning accounts from your name to an owner or tenant name, please provide the following information in an email to PropertyMGR@SpireEnergy.com: 

  • Letter of authorization (PDF attachment) or property management agreement
  • Account number
  • Service address
  • New customer information
    • Account holder name
    • Contact phone number
    • Contact email address
    • Mailing address if different
    •  Tax ID (if a company) or SSN of new account holder
    • Preferred start service date

How do I get a report of average usage and costs for gas at my properties?

If you are requesting information for four or less properties, please call us.

If you are requesting information for five or more properties, please fill out the form above, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

What do I need to do if I need actual cost or usage for a property that is not in my name?

If you need to request information for a property that is not in your name, you will need to email us a release authorization form (PDF) to PropertyMGR@SpireEnergy.com. 

How can I make sure gas isn't interrupted for my tenants and properties?

The best way to make sure gas service isn't disconnected for your tenants or properties is by setting up a Landlord Leave-On policy with us. Give us a call to let us know.
