Ingredients
- 1 pack ¾-inch thick pork steaks
- Salt and pepper
- Vidalia onion BBQ sauce, preferably Maull’s brand
- Yellow onion
Instructions
- Season pork steaks with salt and pepper.
- Cut yellow onion into ¼-inch-thick slices and set aside.
- Grill meat on medium to medium-high heat for approximately 4 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred.
- Transfer pork steaks to a roasting pan and cover with Vidalia onion BBQ sauce and onion slices. Then, cover the pan with foil.
- Place the pan in the oven at 225 degrees for 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until fall apart tender.
- Serve and enjoy with your favorite side dishes!
