John P. Stupp, Jr. has been President of Stupp Bros., Inc. since March 2004 and Chief Executive Officer of Stupp Corporation since August 1995. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Stupp Bros., Inc. from April 1995 to March 2004 and as Chief Operating Officer from April 1996 to March 2004. Stupp Bros., Inc. has two operating divisions: Stupp Bridge Company, a fabricator of steel highway and railroad bridges; and Stupp Corporation, producer of custom-made high frequency weld and spiral weld pipe for gas and oil transmission; and three subsidiaries: APCI, an integrator of linear friction welding technology; Bayou Coating LLC, coating applicators for steel line pipe; and Midwest BankCentre, a Missouri bank holding company. For the past six years, he has served and continues to serve as a director of Stupp Bros., Inc. and Atrion Corp.
