As a senior accountant for Spire, Nicole Krietemeyer is responsible for documenting and accounting all physical and financial derivative positions, invoicing and cash management for retail customers and preparing and analyzing monthly financial information.

Nicole brings more than five years of experience in accounting to the Spire Marketing team. This financial expertise plays a key role in her ability to help Spire adjust to new business practices and remain flexible in the ever-changing regulatory environments of finance and accounting.

Before taking on her current position, Nicole worked in various roles throughout Spire’s subsidiaries, starting as an accountant before moving into an administrative accounting role. Before she joined Spire Marketing, Nicole was the risk control and credit analyst for Spire Inc. In this role, she valued and monitored the open portfolio of the company.

Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lindenwood University in May 2007. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in May 2003 with a bachelor of science in criminology and criminal justice and a minor in political science.
