At Spire, we dedicate time and energy volunteering with organizations that make life better for everyone. And 2023 was another wonderful year for our Spire Serves program in Missouri.
In 2023, we supported:
- More than 80 organizations financially
- More than 75 organizations with employee volunteer hours through our Day for Good employee volunteerism
Resulting in:
- Close to a record 8,600 volunteer hours
- ...from more than 890 employee volunteers
Spire volunteers shared their time and talent in many ways, including through:
- supporting the environment through river cleanups
- feeding hungry neighbors and helping eliminate food insecurity
- creating paths to homeownership by building homes
- paving trails for children
- flexing our muscles with all maintenance and cleanup projects for community organizations
